Thank you for partnering with us at Triple Co Roast. Below outlines what it looks like to work with us and the schedules/policies we have.

We roast on Tuesday and Thursday. We despatch via Fedex on the same day, so expect deliveries on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you are based in Bristol we will deliver locally with our van.

We always endeavour to send out the freshest possible coffee, and will send coffee out no older than 7 days.

In order to qualify for a wholesale account we ask that you meet the minimum order of 4kg. This enables us to offer you a great wholesale discount.

Next day shipping is free via Fedex, as long as you meet the order minimum. Tracking can be provided upon request.

Payment can be made via credit or debit card upon receiving the invoice. Credit terms can be discussed, but will require a direct debit.
